The Role 

We’re looking for an experienced and dynamic B2B Account Manager to lead our Account Management and Customer Support team. This is a strategic leadership role focused on building strong client relationships, driving service excellence, and developing a high-performing team. 

Key Responsibilities 

Lead and mentor a team of Account Managers and Customer Support Executives. 

Act as the senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring satisfaction and retention. 

Develop and implement account management strategies to support growth and scalability. 

Collaborate with operations, tech, and commercial teams to deliver seamless client experiences. 

Monitor KPIs and service levels, identifying areas for improvement. 

Handle escalations and complex client issues with professionalism and urgency. 

Support onboarding of new clients and ensure smooth transitions. 

Contribute to strategic planning and continuous improvement initiatives. 

What We’re Looking For 

Proven experience in business-to-business account management, client services, or customer success—ideally in logistics, e-commerce, or tech-enabled services. 

Strong leadership and team development skills. 

Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building abilities. 

Commercial awareness and a customer-first mindset. 

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. 

Experience with CRM systems and performance reporting tools.
